2. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your stored personal data (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). Please submit your request in writing or via a verifiable email address using the contact details above.
Where processing is based on consent, you can revoke that consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have a general right of complaint. The supervisory authority responsible for Andrisoft SRL is the Romanian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotection.ro).
3. Visiting the Website
Server logs. Each time a page or file of this website is accessed, data about the request is stored in a log file: the referring page (if communicated by your browser), the name of the requested file, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, whether the request was successful, the browser type (if communicated), and the IP address of the requesting machine. This data serves exclusively internal, system-related and security purposes (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Content delivery and DDoS protection. The website is served through Cloudflare, Inc., which processes visitors' IP addresses and technical request data to provide content delivery, security filtering and DDoS protection. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for details.
Spam protection. Forms on this website are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes your IP address and interaction data to distinguish people from automated abuse (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR). See the Google privacy policy for details.
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not embed social media plugins.
4. Newsletter
When registering for the newsletter, we collect and store the provided email address and IP address in order to send you information about our products, new features and offers. Your email address is not used for other purposes or passed on to third parties. Your consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future using the contact details above, or via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.
5. Trial Versions
For the use of the trial version and its operation (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR), we collect and store your name, email address, company name, company position, country, telephone number and IP address. Andrisoft uses this information to send you your trial license key, to guide you through the installation, to clarify typical questions that arise during installation and operation, and to clarify further use after the end of the trial phase. We contact you by telephone only when our emails are rejected by your mail server for objective reasons (for example a full mailbox or a false-positive spam filter).
6. Customer Account and Orders
Registration and account use (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR). During the purchase of a license or service, an email address and a password are used to set up an account. The data are used to give you access to your orders, license keys and contracts and to process the purchase. Session cookies are stored on your machine to enable login and functions such as the shopping cart; they contain only a session identifier and expire after at most 30 days. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Order processing (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR). During the ordering process we collect and store information about your identity and contact details (in particular first and last name, address, telephone number, company name, VAT ID where applicable, and email address), server hardware identifiers, and information about your purchase and payment method. This information is used to complete the order, including payment, to deliver the software, license keys and purchased services, to provide updates during the license period, and to inform you about the status of licenses and maintenance. The ordering process is TLS-encrypted.
7. Payment Providers
Your address and payment information are transmitted to the payment service provider executing your payment, and to no other third party:

8. Software Update Checks
Andrisoft software products can connect to Andrisoft servers to check for newer software versions and important security updates. During this connection, information about the software installation (for example the Sensor count) and the underlying hardware (for example a hardware UUID) may be transmitted. We store and use this information to deliver the correct updates and for statistical analysis. The network traffic that the software itself monitors and processes remains on your own systems and is not transmitted to Andrisoft.
9. Retention
Personal data is stored only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or for as long as statutory retention obligations (for example accounting and tax law) require.
