Support and Maintenance options

Andrisoft provides free Standard Support for all its customers, under the terms listed below. If you need priority support or 24-7-365 coverage, please consider one of the two Extended Support options above.

Standard Support terms:
  •  Software maintenance including updates and major version releases of the software that Andrisoft makes available to its licensees.
  •  You are entitled to receive remote technical support during designated coverage hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. GMT excluding public holidays.
  •  The maximum response time is 48 hours.
  •  Open support tickets via email or the web.
  •  You can re-request your license key for free at any time.
