A Wanguard Sensor license activates one Packet Sensor or one Flow Sensor: deep traffic analysis, accounting and bandwidth monitoring, plus real-time detection of DDoS attacks and other traffic anomalies.
Buy one for every Sensor you configure and activate. A Flow Sensor covers a single flow exporter, usually one router; a Packet Sensor covers the interfaces on one server, with no cap on traffic volume. Sensor Clusters and the Console need no license.
