  •  Software maintenance including updates and major version releases of the software that Andrisoft makes available to its licensees.
  •  You are entitled to receive remote technical support during designated coverage hours: Monday through Friday 06:00 to 23:00 UTC excluding public holidays.
  •  Open support tickets via email or the web.
  •  You can re-request your license key for free at any time.
